The Mount Orab Community Playground Fund is a 501c3 charitable organization whose mission is to upgrade, enhance and make inclusive the playground facilities at Bruce Lunsford Park in the village of Mount Orab, Ohio. Building a large, inclusive, playground will be a long process and will involve lots of different fundraising and other activities. In order to keep those following our project up to date on the progress of our fundraising we have created this fundraising graphic which will be updated monthly. The entire playground project is divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 is the Playground itself. Phase 2 is the splashpad project. Phase 3 is a fitness equipment installation. Fundraising and construction on Phase 2 of the project will only occur after completion of Phase 1. This graphic only depicts Phase 1 of our project. Due to the size of Phase 1, we have further divided our fundraising tracker into three separate fundraising campaigns. Campaign #1 represents the costs associated with the Swings area (including ADA accessible surfacing and installation). Campaign #2 represents the costs associated with the zip line area. The final campaign, the largest portion of the project will represent the costs associated with the large jungle jim and tower area. As fundraising for each campaign progresses, the photograph of the playground will go from black and white to color.
